The Campus School, rooted in the values and traditions of the Sisters of Mercy, has a strong and competitive financial aid program.  The application process for Campus School funding is web-based through the National Association of Independent Schools. Financial aid application (NAIS School & Student Services)

The priority deadline for financial aid applications for returning families is February 1st of the prior school year. While we understand that prior year taxes are not often completed by this date, it is necessary to make this deadline early so that we can notify families of awards as early as possible. Families are encouraged to estimate their tax information to the best of their ability and must update that information once it is complete and accurate. Financial aid awards will understandably be as accurate as family estimates. We encourage new families who are interested in applying for financial aid to begin their financial aid application at the same time as their application for admission.

Once the most recent year federal taxes are complete, parents must send copies to The Campus School’s main office, ATTN: Financial aid.  Please understand that aid will not be posted to a tuition account until those tax documents have been received.

The Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh also offers financial aid for Catholic families through the Bishop’s Education Fund (BEF). Families interested in applying can do so by completing the form below and mailing it to the address listed at the bottom.
*PLEASE NOTE: only Catholic children/families are eligible for this scholarship.

From time to time we also recognize that families go through unexpected hardships.  In those situations where prior year tax information does not truly reflect their current financial situation, families are welcome to complete our Special Conditions Form (pdf), which should also be sent to The Campus School’s main office, ATTN: Financial aid.
