Our caring, nurturing, and engaging program
provides infants and toddlers with a developmental
curriculum that focuses on the individual needs
of each child and relates to the social-emotional,
physical, language, cognitive, and creative areas
of development. While developing in all of these
areas, infants and toddlers will use their senses to
gain a sense of security and identity, and to explore
the people and objects in their world. The children
are able to select activities and materials that
interest them and learn by being actively involved.
Three separate classrooms comprise our infant/
toddler spectrum. These include: infants (ages
birth to 1), young toddlers (ages 1 to 2), and
older toddlers (ages 2 to 3). Small group sizes,
a low child-to-adult ratio, and continuity of care
are found in all of these classrooms in order to
enhance our level of high-quality care.
